3. Use of the Services

• Use the Services for illegal purposes.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.

4. Third-Party Integrations

KITME integrates with Gmail, Shopify, eBay, etc.

• By enabling integrations, you allow KITME to access your data from these platforms per the Privacy Policy.

• KITME is not responsible for Third-Party Services.

Gmail Integration

• Allows KITME to access purchase receipts for resale listings.

• Complies with Google’s API Services User Data Policy.

• You can revoke access via Google Account settings.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership but grant KITME a worldwide, royalty-free license to use content for providing the Services.

• You are responsible for ensuring content is legal and accurate.

6. Fees & Payments

• Some features may require payment.

• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

• All materials, logos, and trademarks belong to KITME.

• You cannot use KITME’s intellectual property without permission.

8. Termination

• KITME may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations.

• Upon termination, you must stop using the Services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Services are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

• KITME is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

• Maximum liability: The greater of what you paid in the past six months or $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold KITME harmless from any claims related to your use of the Services.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Governed by New York law.

• Disputes resolved via binding arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

• KITME may update these Terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance.
